London-based Stayf raises £650k to tackle employee burnout

London-based startup Stayf has secured £650k in pre-seed funding led by AltaIR Capital, Yellow Rocks, and Smart Partnership Capital. The B2B SaaS platform aims to improve employee well-being and has seen a 13% increase in overall satisfaction ratings.

The company was founded in 2023 by industry veterans Kirill Primaka and Max Zhurilo and has already gained traction with major clients such as Schneider Electric, MARS, and University of Oxford. Stayf is at the forefront of the corporate wellbeing market, projected to reach £100 billion by 2032.

With the recent funding, Stayf plans to expand its sales staff, improve the product, and prepare for its US debut. The Pre-Seed to Succeed initiative, which aims to support early-stage startups, has provided the company with the necessary resources to continue its growth.
