London AI Startup TitanML Raises $2.8M for AI-Powered LLM Tool

London-based AI startup TitanML has successfully raised $2.8 million in pre-seed funding and unveiled Titan Takeoff, an AI-powered solution designed to streamline the deployment of large language models (LLMs).

The pre-seed funding round was led by Octopus Ventures and attracted participation from various angel investors who support deep tech initiatives.

TitanML, founded in 2021, emerged from a postdoctoral research project conducted by Dr. James Dborin and Dr. Fergus Finn at University College London. Titan Takeoff addresses the challenges in AI model development and deployment, offering enterprise-ready software that promises to make LLM deployment faster, more cost-effective, and easier for machine learning teams.

Already establishing partnerships with tech giants like Intel and AWS, TitanML claims significant reductions in compute costs and latency improvements within hours of deployment for adopting enterprises, demonstrating the potential to optimize the use of high-spec models efficiently.
