London-based workplace training startup, Blend, secures £350,000 in pre-seed funding led by Antler, NoBa Capital, and Ada Ventures. The funding includes participation from notable hospitality angel investors, and the diverse founding team plans to launch their premium product nationwide.

Founded in October 2022 during an Antler residence, Blend's team combines tech, entrepreneurship, and advertising expertise. The platform addresses the £25 billion workforce shortage in the UK hospitality sector by offering TikTok-style video training for deskless employees.

Blend's innovative approach to workplace training has successfully completed pilot projects with major hotel chains, and their mobile SaaS platform, backed by AI, aims to revolutionize onboarding for the deskless workforce.
